The Gross Weigh IBC utilizes a
hydraulically driven vertical movement of the frame that makes it possible
to handle different types of IBC sizes without any difficulty, thereby
guaranteeing great versatility (IBC's ranging in size from 900 to 1800 mm).
The packaging equipment can also be equipped with a pallet-evacuation roller
conveyor and an automatic empty-pallet magazine to complete the turn key
line of scale and big bag filler.
Throughput: up to 50 IBCs/h.

The bag bag
system without the empty pallet magazine and discharge powered
roller conveyor. The operator starts the filling cycle then
removes the filled bag, replacing with another empty bag and empty
pallet for the next filling cycle. The system is perfect
packaging equipment for the lower speed applications that only
require one operator to implement production. |
