The Carousel is Concetti's latest
machine for filling and closing bags on a rotary carousel system. The
carousel is equipped with six stations complete with bag-holders, one of
which presents the bag through the automatic bag pick-up unit, one is used
for bag filling, two are in intermediate positions for de-aeration or bag
vibration, and one removes the full bag to the closing line. The machine,
which can reach a throughput of 900 bph with 25kg (55 lbs.) weighments with
bag vibration at two stations, is completely automatic and has an innovative
pinch-top closing system

The
discharge system: The
machine, which can reach a throughput of 900 bags per hour with 25kg
weights per bag with bag vibration at two stations, is completely
automatic and has an innovative pinch-top closing system. Single
bag-storage trolley:
the operator must manually place one pile of bags at a time. During this
operation, the machine must be stopped for safety reasons.
