The OMNIA
IGF is the new evolution of the IGF line produced by the
Concetti Group. The machine, intended for throughputs of about
900 bags/hour, has technical features that set itapart from the
other lines, making it essentially universal in the field of
automatic bagging of readymade open-mouth bags.
The
OMNIA can be coupled with
gravity or
belt-feed
net weighers, which are particularly suited for weighing pet food.
The machine design features a mono-block structure complete with
protective doors, making it particularly compact and safe.
The OMNIA is versatile! It has a double bag-storage
trolley, one for large bags and the other one for smaller bags. The
machine has a new type of bagging outlet that ensures perfect
alignment between the bag-holder and the bag, so it results in a
perfect seal despite the large variation of bag types and
dimensions.
The Omnia has all the other important features as well.
The format-change operations can be handled in an extremely short
amount of time, without any operator invention or tools!
