The IPF
is Concetti's fully automatic bagging system designed specifically to
fill and close small open-mouth and open mouth gusseted bags.
Our IPF is characterized by its great versatility, as it can work with
gusseted, paper, coated paper, and aluminum bags in a range of sizes, from
0.5 to 10 kg (1 to 22 lbs.). Like the other Concetti products, this machine
family has self-adjusting features that ensure optimum filling and perfect
closing of the many variations of bag sizes.
The IPF machines can be coupled with either net
or gross weighers using gravity, belt, or screw-feed systems, depending
on the product to be bagged. The IPF is extremely versatile, as it
can work with a wide variety of bag types and sizes. The program change
can be done in 90 to 120 seconds without any operator invention or
tools! |
| The IPF 40
features two bagging mouths being fed by two or more net or gross
weighers. This technical feature means that the system can reach
very high throughputs up to 40 bags per minute. |

Bag
